Hey! Here's a review for Shake Shack in the West Loop: Just had the most amazing meal at Shake Shack in the West Loop! I tried the avocado bacon chicken sandwich, and it was seriously mouth-watering. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the avocado and bacon combo was *chef's kiss*. And let's talk about the cheese fries—crispy, cheesy, and totally addictive. Everything was so delicious; but what really made the experience great was the awesome customer service. Iridian was super helpful and friendly! If you're in the area, you've gotta check it out!

Came on vacation to Chicago and everyone recommended me Shake Shack. Decided to give it a try and I fell in love. Their burgers are delicious especially their Chick'n shack which has delicious buttermilk chicken and savory buttermilk mayo. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT! Would recommend it to everyone visiting Chicago.

Shake Shack is a welcome addition to the West Loop. While it's not the cheapest burger you can buy in Chicago, it certainly is still fairly reasonably priced. If you've been to Shake Shack you know what to expect, it's certainly similar to the other locations in the city. If you haven't, Shake Shack is a fast casual restaurant. Getting an order to go will take around 5 minutes to serve up after you've placed an order. The burgers are made fresh and tend to be on the smaller side, but incredibly delicious. If you want an affordable burger in an area known for expensive foodie restaurants then Shake Shack is probably perfect for you.

Good burger, good fries, but the only let down is that i was hoping the hot ones burger would actually be spicy i ordered it after being told it was spicy, but like how dude gonna lie to me like that good burger but flamin hots are hotter, just to put it in perspective all in all good food and friendly staff ...

We always enjoy our trips to Shake Shack. Awesome burgers. Good fries. This was my first time dining in at this location that serves Chicago’s trendy West Loop area, located just outside the CTA green line station at Lake and Morgan. I should have told someone this when I was there, but I didn’t think about it until afterward. The water in the bathroom is so scorching hot. This could be very dangerous for a small child or someone not paying attention. Please adjust the water temperature!

If you love to get a burger with a shake, then this is a great spot. Their simple smashed burger with the thick delicious shake is a great mix. Gotta admit that the portions of sandwiches are small and you will need more than one sometimes, but they worth the try. I would prefer that the restaurant is enlisted as instead of thought to be more precise of what you will be paying to be satisfied. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious, but the crust is a little bit extra salty. Other than that, i loved both beef and fried chicken sandwiches. The shake is very good in flavor and thickness, and you can add malt powder for 50c.

First time here. Ordering was easy on the computer inside. I watched the employees and they have a system. They worked together professionally and seem to know what they are doing. I was impressed. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The vegetarian burgers were surprisingly different. Not mush like some veggie burgers I've had. These were their own recipe, grilled crispy. Crunchy pickle and sauce was delicious. Topped with onion straws. We had the fries and shakes too. Everything was excellent. The only downside was after I left I got an advertisement for free shakes from 2-4 pm with a promo code. Wish I would have known. could have saved 13. Meal for 3 & 2 shakes 70. Yikes.
